Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson Had a Mini One Direction Reunion on ‘X Factor’: Watch

Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne met as young, hopeful and eager contestants on X Factor UK back in 2010 — so it’s only fitting that the One Direction band mates reunited back where it all started.  

Tomlinson is currently a judge on the show that launched his career, and he asked Payne to join him for a recent episode to listen to this season’s slate of talent and offer his input.

Payne joined Tomlinson and Nile Rodgers in Ibiza for the judge’s houses portion of the program to hear 2018’s X Factor UK singers belt it out, and it was a warm reunion for the two as they hugged it out and enjoyed the music together for the first time in ages.

Payne followed up his cameo with a lovely note that shouted out his “brother” Tomlinson and the “legend” Rodgers as well.
