The twilight illuminates Lana Del Rey‘s “White Dress” as her double blissfully rollerblades down a desert road in a new music video, out Friday (March 19). A talented woman, meant to represent the 19-year-old Del Rey, is shown skating throughout the video.
LDR’s real-life stunts were less graceful, and the klutzy Lutz landed her in an arm sling (that can be seen in the visual), which she explained last winter. “I wiped out on my beautiful skates before the video even began after a long day of figure eights and jumps in the twilight of the dezert,” she wrote on Instagram back in December. “Anyways my fracture isn’t that bad kind of goes with my new bucket hat. Thanks to my beautiful family for my gifts.”
Regardless, the serene Constellation Jones-directed clip bids adieu to a blissful summer of waitressing, singing in the street and wishing to do it all over again because it “made me feel like a god.”
