After performing “Million Reasons” on Saturday Night Live, the American Music Awards and more, Lady Gaga is finally sharing the visual for the Joanne single. And for those Little Monsters who don’t miss a single Gaga video, this one will start off in a familiar setting.
The music video, premiering on MTV Wednesday (Dec. 14) before being released on Vevo, will pick up right where Gaga’s “Perfect Illusion” video left off — yes, in the middle of a field.

While it’s unclear what exactly this storytelling continuation will include, each song’s lyrics provide a hint as to where “Million Reasons” will end up now that the riotous gathering that occurred in “Perfect Illusion” is over. Going from “It wasn’t love, it wasn’t love/ It was a perfect illusion” to “You’re giving me a million reasons to let you go/ You’re giving me a million reasons to quit the show,” it’s likely this video won’t be nearly as rambunctious.
The “Million Reasons” video premieres Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. ET on MTV.
