Since the release of her critically-acclaimed fourth studio album Rainbow, Kesha has come into a new kind of public acclaim. As the “Praying” singer finishes out her recent world tour, fans have been speculating across social media when they might get to see new music from the ever-growing singer.
Her fans now have something to celebrate. Kesha revealed the artwork for her upcoming single with English glam rock band the Struts, “Body Talks,” on her Instagram page. Simply captioned with the song’s title, the artwork shows Kesha sporting a stunning white suit and a golden microphone, with the band’s frontman Luke Spiller standing beside her in a similar all-black outfit.
The collaboration between Kesha and the Struts was announced earlier this month when the band appeared on Z100’s Elvis Duran and the Morning Show. Spiller revealed that the band had been working closely with Kesha on their new song, and that they instantly clicked. “When you talk to her about her music and stuff, she loves the Stones,” he told the radio host. “She loves a lot of great British bands. So I think we naturally connected and she heard the song, and that was it really. “
While the Struts have played snippets of the song through social media and live appearances, they have yet to announce an official release date for the track. Spiller did, however, teased through Twitter that fans wouldn’t have to wait much longer to hear the tune, saying the song was “COMING VERY VERY SOON.”
