One month since entering a rehab center to treat an eating disorder, Ke$ha has announced that she will postpone her upcoming March and April tour dates in the U.S. to continue treatment.
“I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my Doctor’s advice and get my health back on track,” says Ke$ha in a press statement about the decision. “All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour.”

The “Timber” singer entered a Chicago-area rehab center on Jan. 3, and has posted infrequent updates on her Twitter account in the month since. The pop star’s mother, Pebe Sebert, has accused Ke$ha’s longtime collaborator Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald of having a hand in her daughter’s disorder, which Gottwald vehemently denied.
Only two upcoming tour dates are listed on Ke$ha’s website — a Mar. 15 show in Hammond, Ind., and an Apr. 13 performance in Green Bay, Wisc. Both shows will be postponed to dates to-be-determined, and a press release points fans toward local box offices to inquire about refunds.
