Her name-a Katy Pepsi? On Sunday (Oct. 25), Orlando Bloom rang in Katy Perry‘s birthday by sending her a hilarious, NSFW shoutout from Sacha Baron Cohen’s Borat Sagdiyev.
“@katyperry your dream come true birthday message my love HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” the actor captioned the post, which features Cohen’s famous Kazakhstani journalist character calling the pop star “Katy Pepsi” and detailing how a Google search for his upcoming sailing trip to Florida led him to discovering nude photos of Bloom online.
For her part, Perry seemed to love her gift so much that she reposted the clip to her own Instagram, writing, “Omg @orlandobloom” with a birthday cake emoji. Several of the singer’s celeb pals commented on the post to wish her a happy birthday as well, including former collaborator Nicki Minaj, Bloom’s ex-wife Miranda Kerr and Kris Jenner.
On Twitter, she also thanked fans for all the birthday messages, tweeting, “Thanks for the incredible amount of birthday love y’all. i am profoundly grateful for every year, even this freaky deaky one. miss you” before adding, “Also, my wish is simple: vote.”
In a separate posts, Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora and Miley Cyrus, also commemorated Perry’s 36th birthday — with the latter sharing a throwback picture to her Instagram Stories of the two sharing a kiss back in 2014. “Happy Birrrrfdayyyy KP,” the singer wrote beneath the snap, along with a flashing gif that read “Kisses.”
