It’s only been out for a few days, but it seems like Justin Timberlake’s pop jam “Filthy” has found its No. 1 fan. Silas, Timberlake’s two year old son, has been known to sing the lyrics to himself in the mirror, according to his parents.
Timberlake and Jessica Biel spoke to Mario Lopez at the Golden Globes over the weekend (Jan. 7), where they opened up about Silas’ love of his dad’s new song. “We let him hear it like four times in a row this morning,” Timberlake said, adding that his son can’t quite pronounce all of the words, “And he walks up to the mirror and and he looks at it and goes ‘haters gonna say it’s fake, so wheel.’ I was like, man, when that ‘r’ kicks in, you’re gonna have it.”
Timberlake also revealed that he has started prepping for his performance at this year’s Super Bowl. “I have an idea of what I want to do,” the pop star says. “We’ll get through tonight, and then tomorrow I really start hunkering down on getting specifics.”
Timberlake was at the awards ceremony to support Biel, who was nominated for Best Actress in a Limited Series for her role in Sinner. Check out the entire interview below.
