Justin Timberlake is hitting the road. The singer announced the dates for his upcoming 27-city Man of the Woods North American tour on Monday morning (Jan. 8), which is slated to kick off on March 13 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The Live Nation-promoted outing is named for the singer’s upcoming studio album, which is set for release on Feb. 2, two days before JT takes the stage to headline the halftime show at Super Bowl LII on Feb. 4.
The outing marks Timberlake’s return to the stage following the smash The 20/20 Experience Tour, which took him around the globe in 2013/2014. American Express card members can buy tickets on Jan. 10 at 10 a.m. local time through 5 p.m. on Jan 14 and Jan. 17 through Jan. 21 at 5 p.m. local time; the general onsales begin on Jan. 16 and Jan. 22. For those tickets going on general sale on Jan. 29, the Amex presale begins on Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. local time and runs through Jan. 28 at 5 p.m. local time; general public tickets can be found at Ticketmaster.com. Every Man of the Woods tour date will also feature a VIP Verizon Up section, which will put fans close to the stage and the singer. The tour will features stops in New York, Chicago, Boston, Las Vegas, Nashville, Miami and is currently slated to wrap-up on May 30 with a show at FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. Timberlake released the first single from the anticipated album, “Filthy,” on Friday (Jan. 5), complete with a Steve Jobs-inspired futuristic video. Check out the clip below.
