When it was announced on Monday (July 24) that Justin Bieber was cancelling the remainder of his Purpose World Tour due to “unforeseen circumstances,” fans of the pop star received the news with mixed reactions. Because Bieber has been on the road for nearly two years, playing a total of 150 shows in support of his record Purpose, Beliebers were both sad and relieved to hear their favorite singer was taking a break from performing.
Since thousands of fans waited months to see Bieber and their concert date was canceled just a few days ahead of time, many were devastated to hear they wouldn’t get to see the “Love Yourself” singer live.

Though lots of Beliebers were upset, many saw the importance of the pop star taking a break from his non-stop tour schedule for the sake of his mental health.
