Justin Bieber has sent Beliebers into a frenzy (again) by posting a picture of himself cuddling up with Selena Gomez (again).
Bieber initially Instagrammed the shot of the pair looking cosy on a red quadbike without any background, though a caption was later added: “Just a throwback calm down.” By then, of course, the Internet was well and truly abuzz with speculation. In seven hours, the post has clocked up more than 1.2 million “likes.”
The happy moment was actually snapped in August 2014 near Bieber’s hometown in Ontario, Canada. Why it reappears now (and not on Throwback Thursday) is anyone’s guess.
The pair dated on and off for three years before splitting in 2014. “I’m just tired of talking about it,” Gomez said in a recent Instyle UK interview, after the pair were spotted together in L.A.
