Two weeks after deactiviating his Instagram account following some mean comments about his purported girlfriend Sofia Richie, JB cranked his account back up in the early morning hours of Monday (Aug. 29) without comment. Among the posts we appear to have missed in the meantime are ones from a week ago in which Justin makes kissy noise calls to his new dog, Todd.
