Jack Antonoff appears ready to get back to work with Bleachers.
Antonoff tweeted out “hi from the studio” via the band’s account on Sunday night (Aug. 25), giving fans hope that the group fronted by Antonoff is getting ready to work on the follow-up to their 2017 sophomore album Gone Now.
Antonoff has been keeping very busy lately, with the debut from his R&B-leaning side project Red Hearse out now, and of course his good friend Taylor Swift’s just-released seventh album, Lover, on which he co-wrote and co-produced eight tracks.
He’s also spent the time since Bleachers’ last album working on songs for P!nk, St. Vincent, Kevin Abstract — and Lana Del Rey, whose Norman Fucking Rockwell arrives Friday (Aug. 30).
A spokesperson for the group could not be reached for additional comment at press time.
