It’s a good day to be an Imagine Dragons fan. Along with dropping the new single “Next to Me” on Wednesday (Feb. 21), they’ve also announced extended tour dates for the summer, which will also include the 14-year-old indie folk-pop singer Grace Vanderwaal.
The latest single is the first piece of music from the band since the release of Evolve, which dropped this June, and debuted at the No.1 spot of both our Top Rock Albums and Alternative Albums charts this summer. You can listen to “Next to Me” below.

Starting on June 5 in Hartford, Connecticut, the boys and VanderWaal will kick off the summer leg of the group’s ongoing Evolve Tour, which originally began in September. Tickets will go on sale March 3 at 10 a.m. ET on the band’s site.
For VanderWaal, this will also be a continuation of an ongoing tour, as she recently played a pair of sold out shows in Portland and Seattle. She giddily announced the dates with Imagine Dragons this morning on her Twitter, saying she “can’t believe it.”
