Menzel sang the film’s Oscar-nominated song “Let it Go,” insisting on starting over after she flubbed a line. David Metzger led the orchestra that also performed a portion of Christophe Beck’s score.
The “Frozen” soundtrack, with four non-consecutive weeks at No. 1, is the longest-running No. 1 film soundtrack since 2003. Prior to the concert, Walt Disney Music Group president Ken Bunt presented gold record plaques to Menzel and the Lopezes.
