Earlier this week, Billboard took on the monumental task of picking the best holiday song from each of the past 50 years. Yes, 50 — and we even picked runners-up for most of ’em. Now we want to hear from you.
What’s your favorite Christmas song? We’ve picked a handful of standards from our list, along with some more contemporary songs to assure there’s something for everybody. To keep it (somewhat) simple, we limited this list to the ’50s rock and roll era and beyond, so you’re looking for “Silver Bells” and the like, please understand that we had to have some limits. Still, though, you get to pick between your favorite of two ex-Beatles and stars of the social media age (Justin Bieber, Pentatonix) up against older favorites like “Jingle Bell Rock” and “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.”
