
Ed Sheeran and Rudimental’s collaborative single “Lay It All on Me” came to life today (Oct. 25) at the MTV European Music Awards.
Standing on an elevated platform and backed by boom box stereo graphics, Sheeran delivered a cool, confident vocal performance. And how about Rudimental! With keys, guitar, drum machine, and more, the drum and bass crew provided a convincing backdrop for the evening’s co-host.

The song comes off Rudimental’s sophomore studio album We the Generation, which dropped Oct. 2 via Major Toms/Big Beat.
Sheeran took home some prizes to go with his live performance. The U.K. singer-songwriter won the award for Best Live Act and Best World Stage for V Festival in 2014.
