The big fight is here — but before Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor enter the boxing ring, Demi Lovato provided a little bit of entertainment.
Lovato sang the national anthem before the Mayweather-McGregor match. (Imelda May performed the Irish national anthem before Lovato.)
Dressed in a low-cut, flowing white outfit with slicked back hair, Lovato belted out the tune to much applause — even though she seemingly experienced some technical issues as she took out one of her earpieces. (The “Cool for the Summer singer also recently dropped the title single of her upcoming album Tell Me You Love Me. The full album is due Sept. 29.)
Other celebrity attendees at the Mayweather-McGregor event included Sean “Diddy” Combs, LeBron James, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Jamie Foxx, Olivia Munn, Jeff Gordon, Jeremy Piven and more.
The undefeated Mayweather Jr. came out of retirement to box McGregor — who is a two-time UFC champion.
Prior to the fight, Mayweather — a long time friend of Justin Bieber, despite a recent controversy — set up his own record label.
