Christina Aguilera couldn’t let her fiancé Matt Rutler’s birthday pass without a cute celebratory post. The singer Tweeted an adorable black-and-white photo of herself snuggled up with her beau as he plants a kiss on her forehead on Friday morning (Apr. 6). “Birthday boy … to a wonderful father, loving man and the hardest worker I know,” reads the caption.
Aguilera met Rutler in 2010, shortly after her divorce from music producer Jordan Bratman, to whom she was married for 6 years. After crossing paths on the set of Burlesque, Aguilera and her new love became inseparable. He proposed on Valentine’s Day 2014, and their daughter, Summer, was born later that year.
While the pop icon has five No. 1 Hits on the Billboard Hot 100, Rutler has an impressive resume himself — he’s worked on the sets of big-name films including Just Go With It, The Proposal and The Social Network.
