Dancing along to a ballad written about the heartbreaking habits of your younger brother might be awkward for some, but not for actor-brother duo the Hemsworths — especially if said song is “Wrecking Ball.” Thor star Chris Hemsworth shared a video of himself on Instagram Wednesday (May 23) lip syncing and jamming out to the Miley Cyrus No. 1 hit, in which she poured out her heartache following an evidently brutal breakup with Chris’ younger brother Liam back in 2013.

Cyrus and Liam have since kissed and made up, but Chris still can’t resist the melancholy singalong tune that wrecked the Internet upon its release. In the clip, the Infinity War star is seen giving his most dramatic rendition possible as his three young children dance around him. The family dog jumps in on the fun, too, pawing and pouncing on Chris as he hits the ground.
“What started as a ground breaking music video ended in a savage attack by a cowardly K9,” Chris sarcastically captioned the video. “Never work with Kids or Animals.”
Cyrus seems to approve of the shenanigans. Later the same evening, she reposted the video on Twitter, captioned with three heart emojis.
