Carly Rae Jepsen and Jack Antonoff have returned to the recording studio, and we’re curious to hear what they’re cooking up.
Jepsen posted a picture of Antonoff in the studio on her Instagram story over the weekend with the caption, “The song we can’t quit.” She already teased new music is on the way last weel. when she tweeted a black-and-white picture of herself in a recording studio.
“I’m back in New York and I want to write about the fishes we saw in Thailand and the heart hiccups I get from travel and and and… everything,” she captioned the picture.
The longtime collaborators have previously worked on “Want You In My Room” from Jepsen’s album Dedicated, released last May, which Antonoff produced for her as well as co-wrote. Back in 2012, he co-wrote “Sweetie” from her Billboard 200 No. 6 LP Kiss with Sara Quin of Tegan and Sara.
