Machine Gun Kelly and Camila Cabello took their collaboration “Bad Things” to BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge on Tuesday (Jan. 31) morning, stripping down the Billboard Hot 100 hit with the addition of strings.
Cabello rocked a cropped turtle neck and stripped pants for the performance, while MGK sported a vintage-inspired outfit complete with round shades and a fur coat.
The two are currently promoting the single in Europe, which is climbing the iTunes UK charts and just reached No. 4 on the Hot 100 (dated Feb. 11), its highest position yet. The pair’s performance also included a cover of James Arthur’s “Say You Won’t Let Go.”
This is Cabello’s second Live Lounge appearance, as she and her former girl group Fifth Harmony performed their hit “Work From Home” there last April. It’s also one of her first breakout performances since her departure from 5H in December.
