Britney Spears has joined the long list of artists in support of The Dream Act.
On Saturday (Dec. 22), the pop star posted a photo of herself on social media wearing a black T-shirt that reads “We Are All Dreamers” in white letters.

“We are all Dreamers ? Tell Congress to pass the #DreamAct http://emersoncollective.com/Dreamers,” Spears captioned the photo on Twitter.
Earlier this year, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that President Trump decided to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals immigration (DACA) policy, the Obama-era program that granted immigrants who came here as minors a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation, thusly affording them the opportunity to pursue work and education.
Following the Sept. 5 announcement, artists like Daddy Yankee, Demi Lovato, Camila Cabello, Jared Leto, Logic, Becky G, Juanes and Khalid shared personal messages of support in hopes of driving fans to learn more and take action.
While Congress alleges otherwise, activists and DREAMer supporters fear that some 800,000 young undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children will lose status and become eligible for deportation.
