Immediately following the early Wednesday release of Beyoncé‘s latest documentary, Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé, and the surprise accompanying live album that followed, Twitter exploded with endless tweets and hashtags in support of Queen Bey.
Bey took to Twitter just after 3 a.m. ET to reveal that Homecoming had arrived, and the Beyhive was in full buzz, swarming Twitter with more than half a million tweets and 250,000 uses of the hashtags #Homecoming and #BeyonceHomecoming.
The frenzy continues, as both “Beyonce” and “Before I Let Go” (the Frankie Beverly & Maze song Bey covers in the film and on the live album) have been trending since last night, with Beyoncé still owning the top trend.
Some of the most tweeted words about Homecoming — which chronicles Bey’s 2018 headlining set at Coachella — include: “ready,” “hive,” “queen,” “servers,” “work,” “surprise,” “blue,” “3am,” “love” and “coachella.”
