Mahone told Billboard’s Keith Caulfield that all the RedOne-produced songs on “The Secret” “pretty much took about the same amount of time” the complete” and noted that he was especially proud of the track “All I Ever Need,” which he wrote and produced.
“It’s like a different vibe from all the other ones, but it’s still pretty good,” said Mahone, who will embark on a North American headlining tour in June.

The singer also discussed his debut album’s lack of guest stars and revealed that he hopes to drop another album in November.
“For the first one I wanted it to just be me to show the fans what I’ve been doing,” he said. “So I feel like the next album, hopefully coming out November of this year, will have more collaborations — hopefully Drake will be on there. That’d be pretty sweet.”
