It’s been a big week for Ariana Grande fans, and the 24-year-old singer capped things off with a new video for her latest single “No Tears Left to Cry.”
Three days after Grande’s Tonight Show takeover where she revealed her album title and (potential) release date, she dropped a vertical video of “No Tears Left to Cry” on Spotify Friday morning (May 4). In line with the upside-down text Grande has been using in promotion of the single, the entire video sees the pop star singing the dance-centric single upside down — not quite as trippy as the futuristic “No Tears Left to Cry” official video, but still plenty mind-bending.
Along with the new video, Grande unveiled a rainbow-colored mural for “No Tears Left to Cry” on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Stanley Avenue in Los Angeles. The wall art features prismatic clouds and the single’s title, and is in partnership with the Billboard Music Awards where Grande will perform “No Tears Left to Cry” on May 20. (The mural will be on display until her performance.)
