Ariana Grande had a busy Halloween; she braved a haunted maze for the sake of filming the hilarity for Ellen, made out with boyfriend Mac Miller in a supposedly haunted pool, and even found time to dress up in not one, not two, but three separate couples costumes.
The three looks, which Grande and Miller have shared on their Instagram profiles, see the two having some fun role playing as they not only dressed up but went full-out with scenic reenactments of their character’s behavior. For the first look, the two joined in on the Pokemon Go hype by dressing as Pikachu (Miller) and Eevee (Grande). “Look 1, Part 2: Eevee cannot contain her love, excitement and adoration for Pikachu and eats him,” Grande captioned one of the photos.
Grande and Miller also dressed as the main characters from Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom, which they fully committed to by taking photos on rock formations while Miller sported a plastic rifle.
And finally, for the couple’s third look they channeled The Matrix, posing in an empty venue; Miller captioned the photo with a quote from the well-known pill scene.
Halloween may have officially come to an end this year, but at least Grande will always have her cat ears.
