With just weeks to go before a champ is crowned, the American Idol team will be headed South on Sunday night (May 2) for Disney Night.
Billboard has an exclusive first look at which songs the top 10 will perform on the show and the guest stars who will drop by to help the singers get psyched for the final push to the season 19 finale on May 23.
Sunday’s episode will kick off with the results from last week Comeback show, after which the top 10 will travel to Walt Disney World for a one-on-one session with VIP mentor and Magical Kingdom lover John Stamos. The finalists will then perform songs from the beloved Disney songbook.
Among the guests stopping by to join the singers on the Idol stage will be Sofia Carson and Academy Award-winning pianist/singer Jon Batiste, who will perform “It’s All Right” from the Oscar-winning Pixar movie Soul. The top seven will be revealed at the end of the episode.
