Mexican alternative rock band Zoé has landed Jack Daniel’s as the official sponsor of their U.S. tour, which begins July 30 in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre.
The band – vocalist Leon Larregui, guitarist Sergio Acosta, bassist Angel Mosqueda, keyboard player Jesus Baez and drummer Rodrigo Guardiola – are scheduled to play 28 cities in support of their latest album, “Musica de Fondo/MTV Unplugged.” They recently performed in their native country, throughout Latin America and Spain. Their current album, recorded in October at Mexico City’s Estudios Churubusco, includes collaborations with Spanish rocker Enrique Bunbury and Adrian Adrian Dargelos, the lead singer of the Argentinean rock band Babasónicos. This project was released in March and debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart. Zoe’s U.S. tour dates:
