Earlier this month, Zedd revealed that he’s been working with Selena Gomez. But has their relationship moved beyond the studio? This week, each artist Instagrammed a photo of the other accompanied by an affectionate caption.

Gomez’s photo features Zedd in the background. “Missing LA and this punk,” she wrote. Zedd’s pic, which appears to be taken during a facetime session, shows Gomez curled up comfortably in bed. He added a fond, “Oh hi derrling.”
Zedd has a successful track record when it comes to assisting on pop hits — most recently, he helped Ariana Grande on “Break Free,” one of the strongest tracks from her My Everything album. Not that Gomez needs help: her most recent single, “The Heart Wants What It Wants,” peaked at No. 6 on the Hot 100. Gomez’s last album, Stars Dance, came out in 2013.
