Everyone knows the first day of school is daunting, and 17-year-old Billie Eilish got all the “new kid” feelings during her first day on set of Saturday Night Live.
Luckily, she had veteran Woody Harrelson to show her around. In a hilarious new promo clip, the songstress asks the actor where the stage is, and Harrelson takes Eilish under his wing. “I hosted ’89, ’92, ’14, so I know my way around this place,” he explained.
“That’s cool. I was not alive for most of that,” Eilish replies, to which Harrelson notes, “You should have been. You missed a lot of good years.”
The duo then take a tour of the SNL set, featuring campaigns for “cast President” and Kenan Thompson, who was naturally annoyed when Harrelson didn’t recognize him. Eilish even got a taste of bullying from the popular jocks, Michael Che and Colin Jost, who tried (and failed) to knock her books out of her hands.
Watch it go down below, and catch Saturday Night Live this Saturday (Sept. 28), with Harrelson as host and Eilish as the musical guest.
