Steve Winwood will hit the road in North America this fall in conjunction with a reissue of his 2003 Wincraft solo album “About Time” and the previously announced DVD release “The Last Great Traffic Jam.”
The tour will begin Sept. 20 at the Bowery Ballroom in New York and will run through Oct. 15 at the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia. More dates will be added. As previously reported, Winwood will also be among the first artists to play New York’s new Nokia Theatre on Oct. 10.
On Nov. 1, “About Time” will re-appear as a DualDisc with three extra live audio tracks and another performance on the DVD side. Now signed to Epic for future recordings, Winwood will most likely release his studio debut for the label sometime next year.
