Valderrama’s performance sticks to the music video’s haunted house theme, with fog machines and graveyard stage props. Flanked by backup dancers donning costumes straight from the music video, Valderrama takes on the song’s iconic choreography in his showdown against Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez.
The Backstreet Boys have appeared on the show once before, when AJ and Nick helped Gigi Hadid become larger than life in a February episode, but Valderrama is taking on the fivesome’s hit all on his own.
See if Valderrama can take down Gina Rodriguez on Spike this Thursday at 10 p.m. EST.
