Yahoo! Live will be hosting the online video coverage, and as well audio of course will be streaming via iHeart Radio.
The two day event launches Friday at 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PT, with performances by Taylor Swift, Motley Crue, Coldplay, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Zac Brown Band, Usher, Bastille and Steve Aoki on its first night.
Night two on Saturday will include performances by Lorde, Paramore, One Direction, Iggy Azalea, Train, Weezer, Calvin Harris, 50 Cent, Eric Church and Ed Sheeran.
