On this week’s Hot 100 chart, Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” (featuring Billy Ray Cyrus) scores its 19th week at No. 1, extending the record it set two weeks ago as the longest-leading No. 1 in the chart’s history. “Old Town Road” reached the summit way back in the chart week dated Apr. 13 — a time so long ago, the way of the world back then is starting to get a little hazy.
From Jonas Brothers‘ reunion to the final season premiere of Game of Thrones, here are 10 cultural events to put into perspective just how long “Old Town Road” has topped the charts.
