When in Seattle, bring out the locals. That’s how Paul McCartney rolls, which explains how he ended up jamming with former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic during One on One Tour stop on Sunday night. The pair, who previously performed together at the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit and on Saturday Night Live, made a run through the Beatles White Album classic “Helter Skelter.”
Novoselic matched McCartney on bass and provided some backing vocals for the surprise guest spot. Thankfully, though, Novoselic did not finish by tossing his bass in the air.
