Temporary K-pop boy band Wanna One will be bringing their One: The World Tour to the States this summer.
On Friday (April 6), concert promoter Powerhouse Live announced it will be bringing the 11-member act to the U.S. in June and July. Their concert series will begin in San Jose at the Event Center Arena on June 21, then head to Dallas on June 26, at the Fort Worth CC Arena. Wanna One will also perform at Chicago’s Allstate Arena on June 29, closing out the tour at Atlanta’s Infinite Energy Arena on July 2.
Along with the arena tour, Wanna One will also appear at KCON 2018 NY. The group was announced as the first act for this year’s East Coast leg of KCON USA on Thursday.
Their Stateside appearances follow the release of their third EP, 0+1=1 (I Promise You), which peaked at No. 10 on the World Albums chart.
Put together on the second season of the popular Korean reality show Produce 101, Wanna One has proven to be immensely successful since the release of their first EP, 1×1=1 (To Be One), which went to No. 3 on the World Albums chart last August. Last month, the boy band was ranked No. 4 on the Social 50 for the week of March 17.
According to Powerhouse Live, tickets for Wanna One’s Stateside tour stops will go on sale April 18.
