Volvo Cars is expanding its support of digital music via a partnership with PhatNoise, offering their customers a range of dealer-installed digital music connectivity options.
Volvo customers will be able to choose between either an integrated iPod connectivity kit, which integrates the iPod directly into the car’s standard stereo system, or upgrade to a customized version of PhatNoise’s Digital Media Player, called the Digital Jukebox.
The PhatNoise Digital Jukebox is a 20 GB removable hard drive that users can synch with their home computer to transfer their entire music library into the car, all controlled via the existing installed stereo system.
