Bieber fever is apparently spreading to other continents: a video of Justin Bieber jamming with a South African music group hit YouTube on Monday (Jan. 3) and finds the pop star giving us more cowbell than we ever could have dreamed.
According to Bieber’s description of the video on YouTube, the clip was recorded at the restaurant Mama Africa in Cape Town, South Africa. “The band was playing and I decided to just jump up and join them,” says Bieber, who also plays drums and performs some spirited dance moves in the clip. “Everyone was staring at me at dinner so I just figured what the heck let’s party!!”
Of course, the South African jamboree wasn’t the first time Bieber has rocked out on the drums: a new clip from his upcoming 3D biopic “Never Say Never” shows the young singer receiving his first drum as a toddler and quickly honing his musical skills.
