‘Glee’ Covers “Bad Romance,” “Poker Face”
“Bad Romance”
“Poker Face”
This week, the “Glee” kids threw their paws up to celebrate pop culture’s biggest phenomenon — well, besides the show itself. Lady Gaga got the full “Glee” treatment, from the series’ stars donning Gaga-esque ensembles (Brittany’s lobster headpiece, Kurt in those McQueen heels – ouch!) and writhing through “Bad Romance” to an intimate “Poker Face” performance between Rachel and her biological mother. If you think her two gay dads are proud, imagine how Mama Monster herself must feel!

Hayley Williams, “Bad Romance”
Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams capitalized on the wave of Gaga tributes by adding her own cover of “Bad Romance” to the mix. Filmed in her very pink room bedroom, her interpretation was a soulful, stripped-down take on the pop hit. The only downside? She didn’t finish the song!

Lady Gaga Acapella Medley
Youtube user Nayamarie2009 posted this split-screen, a cappella rendition of herself performing Gaga’s breakthrough singles, “Just Dance,” “Poker Face,” and “Paparazzi.” Her smooth lyricism and beat-boxing prowess prove enough to entice viewers throughout the creative and well-edited clip.

Key of Awesome No. 17, “Telephone” parody
“P-p-p-product placement,” indeed. The Key of Awesome poked fun at (and let’s be real – summed up) Gaga’s hyped “Telephone” video with their own Youtube parody in March. And you thought it couldn’t get campier than the actual video!

The Breaking Winds in Lady Gaga Saga
“Telephone,” “Bad Romance” and “Poker Face” are the tunes being covered in a Gaga medley arranged and performed by The Breaking Winds, a female bassoon quartet. Each of its members is styled like a blonde-wigged Gaga, and their on-point choreography is enough to make little monsters everywhere proud. Standout moments: the epic chair jump from the one with the vintage leggings and the girls’ a cappella finale!

Britney Spears, “Telephone”
Earlier this month, pop fans nearly sent themselves to early graves when Britney Spears’ “Telephone” demo leaked on the Internet. Some loved it, some hated it, but everyone had an opinion. And how could they not? The unmastered demo pitted two of pop’s biggest divas against each other – and ignited a “stan” war to remember.

“Rad Bromance”
“Yo bro, yo, yo bro/I got a bromance,” sings an overly enthusiastic and makeup-doused singer on this “Bad Romance” remake. “We’ve got our own secret handshake/I like helping you manscape,” he continues. But it’s not all clever wordplay that floats this boat. The potty-mouthed male Gaga also teases viewers with his enviable dance moves and great use of cheesy special effects.

Chris Daughtry, “Poker Face”
Over three years after his “Idol” elimination, Chris Daughtry was still playing the “sensitive rocker” card in July 2009. That’s when his acoustic cover of “Poker Face” took Youtube by storm. Nearly 2 million views later, and he’s still doing better than his season’s winner, Taylor Hicks.

Little boy singing “Bad Romance”
Don’t call us chubby chasers, but we’ve certainly got a soft spot for Timmy’s a cappella, snappy interpretation of “Bad Romance.” Using a bruised banana as his mic, a near-breathless Timmy gives it his all here, sashaying and shimmying through “The Fame Monster” smash hit, complete with occasional assistance by his would-be stage mom.

We the Kings, “Paparazzi”
In February, pop-rockers We the Kings sat down right here at Billboard and brought their djembe with them, putting an acoustic spin on “Paparazzi.” But don’t think they came without ulterior motives – the band expressed its collective interest in dating Gaga. All 4 of them. At once. Think she’d be into it as much as we’re into this cover?

Cartman from ‘South Park,’ “Poker Face”
It’s only appropriate that the South Park kids took on the innuendo-laden “Poker Face.” With the ever-vulgar Cartman on vocals, they manned their Rock Band instruments and ripped through one of the most sensational covers of the song to date. We’d give it a 97% on Expert, at least.

“Telephone” Remake by Afghanistan Troops
from club banger to Afghani troop anthem, this flamboyant, energetic, and possibly overzealous adaptation of “Telephone” reminds us why our soldiers specialize in protecting our country and not choreography.

Team Gaga from ‘Dancing with the Stars’
Posted to Youtube on May 3, this clip showcases the final three contestants of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ interpreting Gaga’s “Telephone.” Pamela Anderson and Nicole Scherzinger perform rivaling splits with their partners and all three pairings actually do the song some justice. Good thing Kate Gosselin was eliminated weeks ago.

Weezer, “Kids/ Poker Face”
Oh, Weezer got its groove on alright. During live shows in mid-2009, the band managed to take two of the summer’s hippest songs – MGMT’s “Kids” and Gaga’s “Poker Face” – and combine them into a nerd anthem. Sure, it made for a great mix, but we’re still not sure whether to be impressed or embarrassed by Rivers Cuomo’s “dance” moves.

“Telephone,” Classical Cover
Violins, cello, acoustic guitar, piano and other instruments are combined for this mind-blowing cover of “Telephone.” The passionate performance builds up til its climax in the end. Seriously, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra would be proud.

Mini Gaga, “Bad Romance” and “Paparazzi”
Back in March, Gaga’s littlest monster hit the Internet. 8-year-old Laura Montana appeared on the Brazilian talent show “Qual é o seu talento?” with renditions of “Bad Romance” and “Paparazzi.” It doesn’t even matter if little Montana didn’t know all the words – her performance was enough to get the judges (and all of Youtube) rooting for her.

“Badder Romance”
This shot-by-shot remake of the music video for “Bad Romance” utilizes toiletries, hampers and hoodies to poke fun at the iconic clip. Not just because she’s played by a dude, but the afro-topped star of “Badder Romance” steals the show with his bathtub antics, while his backup dancers employ simple moves to keep him at the forefront. But what’s with the break dancing-like cardboard on the floor?

Lady Gaga, “Telephone” (Chatroulette version)
Youtube user dominater005 did nothing to dispel those Lady Gaga hermaphrodite rumors when he uploaded his gender-bending take on “Telephone” to the site on March 25. Combining two of pop culture’s biggest phenomenons, he took to Chatroulette, pairing his bikini with a beard and gyrating all over the unsuspecting public.
