Tomorrowland just announced the first names for its 2018 lineup, and while a lot of the usual cast of characters are there, rapper French Montana seems to stand out from the crowd.
It’s not unusual for a dance festival to dive into hip-hop, but Tomorrowland has never traditionally included such diversity in its endless array of untz. It’s a new dawn, to be sure, and in any case, it doesn’t seem to be anything close to a takeover yet.

Most of the names are powerhouses of dance in all its many forms. Prepare for shiny electro-house from Alesso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, or Axwell & Ingrosso. Anticipate trap-tinged energy from Alison Wonderland and Kayzo. REZZ will serve up some maniacal techno, Jamie Jones will groove you toward euphoria, and Richie Hawtin will take you on a trip to the center of your soul.
The Belgian festival announced a lot of these names in a Facebook video, but the website names a few more. We’ve included a full list in alphabetical order below.
