West coast beat scene legend TOKiMONSTA and Strangeloop Studios will be taking the stage at the Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival this Sunday as part of Billboard’s partnership with Nissan Kicks and you can stream the whole performance live on Twitter.
The performance will take place on Sunday (Aug. 19) on the festival’s main stage, and bring together two of the most groundbreaking artists in their genres for an immersive, spellbinding set inspired by Nissan Intelligent Mobility.
“TOKiMONSTA and Strangeloop Studios together on one stage will be a moment at this year’s Hot 100 Music Festival that attendees will not want to miss,” Billboard’s Vice President of Brand Experiences, Dana Droppo said in a statement. “Nissan is a brand that knows innovation and these artists will no doubt put on a performance that we will be talking about for years to come.”
The production is sure to bend both sonic and optical boundaries: Strangeloop Studios are known for creating bleeding-edge visuals for artists like Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd, and TOKiMONSTA is an icon in Los Angeles’ hugely influential electronic scene. Attendees will also be equipped with Nissan Kicks interactive wristbands that will sync up with the live performance, giving the entire production another layer of innovation. You can catch the entire set from your smartphone or computer by checking out Billboard’s livestream of the event. The performance is set to kickoff at 7:40 p.m. ET on Sunday, live from the festival grounds at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater.
