Harris received a one year and one day prison sentence on federal firearms charges. After getting her husband T.I. in trouble a couple of days ago for touching him inappropriately during a jail visit, Tiny received some good news today (Jan. 7): her drug possession charges were dropped.
According to TMZ, the D.A. in L.A. in charge of Tiny’s case dismissed all drug possession charges against her since she completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia, which deems her all good in the state of California.
Tiny and T.I. were caught with syrup, coke, X and other drugs while driving around Sunset Blvd. back in Sept. The D.A. previously dropped the charges against T.I., although the arrest alone was sufficient to send him back to prison.
