Paul McCartney and Justin Timberlake will perform free outdoor concerts on Hollywood Boulevard for “Jimmy Kimmel Live” next week.
McCartney will do an interview with Kimmel before performing live on Sept. 23. He’s appearing in support of his album “New,” which Concord will release on Oct. 15. It’s his first collection of new solo material since 2007’s “Memory Almost Full.”
Timberlake, who appears on Sept. 24, will discuss his role in the movie “Runner Runner” and perform songs from album “The 20/20 Experience, 2 of 2,” which comes out Sept. 30.
A quarter-mile of Hollywood Boulevard will be shut down for the expected record-breaking crowds. Both concerts will be online at Jimmy Kimmel Live Stream. McCartney’s concert will be available immediately after the Kimmel show airs on the West Coast and Timberlake’s goes up the day his album comes out.
