
When Madonna announced that her “Bitch I’m Madonna” video featured everyone from Beyonce to Katy Perry to Miley Cyrus on Tuesday, June 16, the Internet exploded with excitement.
But when the clip exclusively debuted via Tidal today (June 17), that excitement quickly turned to frustration when it became clear that plenty of Tidal subscribers attempting to watch the star-stuffed clip were having problems.

After a few hours of issues and complaints from Madonna fans on social media, Tidal tweeted an apology to anyone experiencing problems with “Bitch I’m Madonna” and promised the problems would be fixed soon. Billboard reached out for comment to Tidal via email and did not receive a response.

Less than an hour later, Tidal tweeted the video was fixed and ready.

Madonna — who is an investor in Tidal — has yet to comment on the situation.
