“We don’t f*ck with Young no more/ Why not? The only thing I can figure cause he on top,” Young Jeezy spits on his newest single, “F.A.M.E. (Fake A** Muthaf*ckas Envy).” While hip-hop fans wait for his delayed fourth full-length album, “Thug Motivation 103,” Jeezy releases a warning to the haters. “I wake up and feel empty/ Shit make you want to squeeze your glock till it’s empty/ I’m already standing on the edge so don’t tempt me/ fake a** muthaf*ckas envy.”
Progession resonates through out the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League-produced track as T.I. closes “F.A.M.E.” with a promise to not step foot into a prison again. “Another year in prison, promise this is it for me/ Trying to make it through the storm should be making history/ No feeling sorry for me, keep your pity and your sympathy/ Good or bad, take it like a man whatever meant for me,” T.I. raps.
The king has more in store. Yesterday (Sept. 29), Tip took to Twitter to debut the artwork for his upcoming single, “I’m Flexin’,” featuring Big K.R.I.T. Although the single wasn’t released at 6 p.m. as he announced, T.I. shared that his upcoming work is reminsicent to his sophomore project, “Trap Muzik” (2003).
