The Killers will perform a one-off show at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Nov. 3 ahead of the release of their third studio set, “Day & Age” (Vertigo/Mercury), on Nov. 24.
The Las Vegas rock act’s comeback single, “Human”, debuted on radio this week (Sept. 22) and has picked up early support on national top 40 station Radio 1, which will also exclusively broadcast the Royal Albert Hall concert.
“Human” was given its first play on Zane Lowe’s show and it is his “Hottest Record In The World” this week. It is also Radio 1 DJ Jo Whiley’s Pet Sound this week.
The new album was produced by Stuart Price, who previously co-produced Madonna’s “Confessions On A Dance Floor” (Warner Bros Records). “Human” is released as a digital single on Sept. 30.
