Lady Gaga emerged with a new dark and grungy look at the 20th Annual Watermill Center Summer Benefit at The Watermill Center on July 27, 2013 in Water Mill, New York. The singer strutted out in a black leather and sheer panel maxi dress paired with a black lace bra and platform booties. For her beauty Mother Monster sported dark layered locks, bleach blonde eyebrows, and a nose ring. Perhaps this raw and murky style will be the new look Gaga brings back with her new “ARTPOP” album.
