Best: Ciara 
Ciara turned in the sexy bikini tops and cool baggy jeans for smooth couture. Our gal Ciara stunned, showing some leg on the purple carpet at the Logo NewNowNext Awards 2013 at The Fonda Theatre on April 13, 2013 in Los Angeles.
The glamorous, simple look consisted of a black maxi gown by Dutch designer Olcay Gulsen, complete with a long leg slit and silk-strapped detail on the back. The “Body Party” singer polished her sleek look with a pair of white stilettos and a matching manicure. Gorgeous!
Worst: Ke$ha 
Ke$ha sported hippie goth couture at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards last Sunday in Culver City, California. The “Die Young” singer paired lace sheer white bell-bottoms with a graphic floral shirt, a black-fringed vest and a floppy hat.
Think Marilyn Manson meets Bob Marley. For her beauty, Ke$ha sported a dark colored eye and plum painted lips. While we do appreciate Ke$ha’s fashion risk-taking attitude, we wish she left the shaggy shrug at home.
