The Teletubbies are getting the band back together!
Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po are joining forces to drop the full-length reunion album Ready, Steady, GO!, which will be released Oct. 15. This marks the Teletubbies’ first musical release in more than 20 years, following 1998’s Teletubbies: The Album, which peaked at No. 6 on Billboard‘s Kids Albums chart in February 1999. The album spawned the hit “Teletubbies Say ‘Eh-oh!'” which hit No. 1 on the U.K. Singles chart.
In the countdown to the album’s release, the colorful plush bunch will drop 10 music videos, one every Saturday morning through November. The visuals for “Ready, Steady, GO!” and “Peek-a-Boo” will premiere on the Teletubbies’ YouTube channel this Saturday.

The foursome is coming out of its musical hiatus to bring much-needed fun in the world after the last year and a half tucked away at home due to the pandemic. During that time, each Teletubby picked up their own hobbies: Tinky Winky developed a designer line of red handbags, Dipsy made the whole world outside of Tubbyland his canvas by becoming a street artist, Laa-Laa tried her shot at becoming an EDM DJ and secured a record deal with a big-time producer, and Po constantly sought out her inner-peace.
The Teletubbies recently pleaded with Lil Nas X to collab with him. “Can we get a feature on the next album?” they asked via Twitter, to which Nas immediately gave a thumbs-up, responding, “Alright bet! me and tinky winky on the hook, dipsy & po on the verses and we’ll let laa laa do the outro.”
