
On Friday (June 17), Taylor Swift paid tribute to the 49 lives lost during the mass shooting at Orlando’s Pulse nightclub by handwriting each of the victims’ names on a card surrounded by purple and white flowers and posting an Instagram message to their families.

Early Sunday morning, a gunman killed 49 people and injured 53 more in the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. Swift is the latest artist to honor the victims, following concert dedications from Adele, Elton John and Beyonce, and countless other tributes.
